The short version

We don't store your audio. We don't store your transcripts. When your session ends, it's gone.

What happens to your audio

Your audio goes to our transcription service, gets converted to text, and that's it. Nothing is saved. No recordings, no logs of what was said.

We built it this way on purpose. If we don't have your data, we can't lose it.

What we do keep

The basics we need to run the service:

Your email (so you can log in)
How long your sessions last (so we can bill you)
Payment info (handled by our payment provider, not us)

Medical calls

A lot of our users are medical interpreters. We get it. That's why there's no PHI on our servers - the audio streams through and disappears. No logs. No recordings. HIPAA compliant by design.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in. That's it. No tracking. No analytics watching what you click.

Your choices

Delete your account whenever you want
Download your usage history
Unsubscribe from emails
