Install and sign in
Add the extension from the Chrome Web Store and sign in to your Interpreter account.

Select the audio
Choose the browser tab or system audio you want Interpreter to transcribe.

Start the session
Set the languages, start transcription, and leave the side panel open beside the call.
Capture and privacy
You choose when capture starts and what it listens to.
- Tab audio starts from the active tab you chose in the extension. Chrome opens a source picker only for system audio.
- The extension does not need to read or change the agency page to keep the side panel open.
- Interpreter does not save audio. Audio is discarded after processing.
Your audio is never stored.
Audio is processed in real time and never saved. When your call ends, the data is gone.
